Funny letter in the paper yesterday. The writer says the new NB Power to Quebec deal is as bad as the original one. He goes on to say that Nova Scotia and Newfoundland will benefit.
What's funny is that NS and NFL weren't in favour of the original deal. So maybe something is different?
