groan....

Yesterday they said there would be 2-4 cm overnight and another 5 today. Last night it was changed. Could be as much as 21 cm in a 24 hour period.

I looked out at 5.30 am to see it had stopped and it didn't seem too bad. I decided to clear it when I got SD up for work.

Which I did. I cleared around 10 cm shortly after 8.00.

When she left an hour later it looked like a third of what fell overnight had already settled.


Funny thing. This is the first 'snow day' of the winter. The schools are closed and SS didn't have to go anyway.

I shall recruit him for a clearance later on.
