The 'other' hospital again.
I was misinformed about something last week, misinformed again this week and they were an hour late.
At the registration point they push the button to bring up a number but call the one before. Eh?
And one of the (only) two clerks kept disappearing from Reception for long periods.
Hopefully just a one off
