Croissant split into two, lightly toasted, a little Mayo.
Fried egg - yolk broken - over easy. Thin slice of cheese dropped onto the egg when flipped over.
Add egg and cheese to croissant with a slice of ham to form a sandwich.
One isn't enough, two makes you feel a little queasy.
My wife likes several variations on this broken yolk theme. What's funny - or mildly irritating - is that the egg never breaks accidentally when she wants it that way. It only breaks when you want it unbroken.
